• The elections shall be conducted by electronic voting in accordance with the guidelines stipulated by the ECNBA.
• The ECNBA shall, not less than sixty (60) days to the date of election, issue guidelines for conduct of electronic voting, which shall amongst other things provide for verification of voters, time, and platform to be utilized for electronic voting.
